One of knomo's core values is the philosophy of Kaizen- the Japanese term for continuous improvement. We rely heavily on feedback from knomo users who rely on their knomo's every day and share their experiences with us. We use their valued comments to continuously improve our designs. Since launching our first collection of bags in 2004, our products have gone through countless iterations in a quest to make the perfect bag. So while every knomo is a "work in progress" we are proud of and stand by every product bearing the knomo brand.
