How to order from Pertutti.com?
Search for an item you want. When you find an item you want, choose the color if this option is available. Click "Add to Cart". If you want to shop for more items, click "Continue Shopping". If you are ready to order, click "Checkout". If you do not have an account with Pertutti.com, please click "Continue" to create an account. After creating an account, click "Continue". Confirm your delivery information, and click "Continue". Input the payment information and click "Continue". Check all information and when you are ready, click "Confirm Order".

How to check your order status?
You will receive the order confirmation email from us shortly after finishing your order procedure. To check your order, please sign in to your account.

How to change your order after completing the order procedure?
If you want to make any changes to your order after completing the order procedure, please contact us.

Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at pertutti.com. We accept a return of an item or items for an exchange or a refund.
To return an item/items for an exchange or a refund, you have to return within 15 days from receiving date. We will refund the full amount of returned item/items within 5 business days.
We do not accept a return of used items, items without the original tag, customized items, specially ordered items, and damaged (by customers) items.
Items that are 30% or more on sale are final sale. These items are not returnable.

All items will be shipped by UPS or USPS ground within 3 business days after receiving your order. If we cannot ship within 3 business days, we will notify you by email.
Free ground shipping to 48 states of the United States. There is a shipping charge for Hawaii and Alaska. (to find out more, please contact us)
If you want items to be shipped to PO Boxes, Military APO/FPO addresses and International addresses, please contact us for more information.
