- For orders below $199 (excluding tax) a “Fixed Shipping” charge of $5.95 will add automatically.
- Certain items may add additional shipping cost.
- $35 shipping for luggage over 24" tall
- $20 shipping for carry-on luggage
- We ship to every state except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. No international shipping and no shipping to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
- If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via email about the expected delay or provide you with other options.
- Change in shipping address while your package is in transit, must be notified to sender before you make such request to carrier.

Please note: when shipping Next-Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day, orders must be received by 1p.m. EST in order to ensure correct delivery time. No weekend delivery. .

Ground – 3 to 7 business days
3-Day Select – 3 business days (order before 1pm EST)
2-Day Air – 2 business days (order before 1pm EST)
Next Day Air – 1 business day (order before 1pm EST)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item. Just get in touch(email/call) with us within 14 days from the receipt of the shipment for Return Authorization. Return requests made after 14 days are not valid. Product must be in new, unused condition. Your card will be credited once we have received and processed your return (original shipping fees will not be refunded). Items returned to us that are not in new, unused condition will be returned to the shipping address on file and original payment method will be charged a shipping fee. Credits will be issued within 3 to 4 business days from when we receive your returned product(s). Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers’ records. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
